Barking for a Better Punjab is an animal welfare initiative and NGO focused on stray dog welfare, sterilization, anti-rabies vaccination, rescue awareness, and related social welfare activities across Punjab, India.

2. DONATIONS & PAYMENTS
All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions made to support animal welfare activities.

- Payments once processed cannot be reversed by the NGO.
- We are not responsible for incorrect payment entries made by users.
- We are not responsible for failed, delayed, duplicate, or unauthorized transactions caused by banks, UPI providers, payment gateways, internet failures, or third-party systems.
- Users are responsible for verifying payment details before completing any transaction.
- We do not guarantee automatic donation receipts in all cases.
- In case of any issue, users may contact us through email and we may review the request at our sole discretion.
The NGO reserves the right to refuse or cancel suspicious transactions, spam donations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the website.
